Leche Flan with Ubeness
Your favorite Leche Flan with Ube Flavor
llanera ( lyanera)
- 10 Egg yolks from medium-large eggs
- 305 ml Condensed Milk
- 236 ml Full Milk
- 128 grams granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 drops Ubeness (Purple Yam Flavoring)
In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks and condensed milk well.
Then add the milk and vanilla extract. Continue mixing well.
When the llaneras have cooled. Pour in the mixture evenly.
Steam for around 30-40 minutes.
To check if it is ready, prick with a toothpick to see if the flan is stiff enough.
Cool the flan before serving.
