Divide the sugar into 3 or 4 llanera. Heat above a stove until caramelized while spreading it evenly. Then let them cool for around 5-10 minutes. Set aside.
Mixture
In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks and condensed milk well.
Then add the milk, vanilla extract and Ubeness flavoring. Continue mixing well.
When the llaneras have cooled. Pour in the mixture evenly.
Steam for around 30-40 minutes.
To check if it is ready, prick with a toothpick to see if the flan is stiff enough.
